YHA Cycling Adventures is part of YHA Victoria's group activities program. We run adventurous cycling weekends on road, rail trails and in mountain bike parks. Our day rides are mostly mountain bike rides. Anyone with a reasonable level of cycling fitness is welcome to join. We also have social events. The purpose of this group is to connect runners, road & trail, in the Casey/Cardinia area in Melbourne’s South East, who are interested to get together for regular training runs of varying distances. Anyone who is interested in running is welcome. Distances will vary from 6k and up. Catering from all standards of runners/joggers. The aim is to hold 2-3 midweek runs and a weekend run in the Casey/Cardinia area, including trails and roads/bike tracks.

This group is for anyone interested in doing various shorter fun runs ( 5 to 10km ) every month or so. We currently have a small group who meet at 5:45a.m. at the St. Patrick's College boat shed ( on the south side of the lake ) during the week - usually Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ... sometimes other days though. We run the lake anti-clockwise and leave at 5:50a.m. We train for regular fun runs. Our goals are simple - to run, keep fit and have fun.
