It all started as a way to combine getting a run in at my favorite micro-brew pub, and now I'd love to expand it further! We'll use this group as a way to do our Iron Springs Pub Runs, both winter and summer, but also to introduce more training runs, both trail and road, both on the streets of San Anselmo, Ross and Fairfax and the trails of Mt. Tam!
There are so many hiking groups, but I wanted to start a group for runners like me that prefer to run the trails than the streets.

Avoid cotton materials in favor of moisture-wicking or quick-dry materials whenever possible. 2) Water and food: Typicall …
