The Atlanta Trail Running group is for runners throughout the Metro Atlanta area who like to run trails. We enjoy diversity in our trails, restaurants, and running cohorts. And, of the small groups that do get together, there is not as much interest in trail running as road running - I'm trying to find the trail runners. Norcross Trail Running Group seeks men and women who love to run the trails in and around Norcross such as Jones Bridge, Simpsonwood, and shoots, even Medlock Bridge Park for loops. We volunteer to help maintain the hiking, running, equestrian trails at the Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield Park. Typical work goes from light tasks such as pruning, planting, raking; to harder task like trail building and rock stairs or rock wall building. Leadership, training and tools are provided.
