We run mostly in North and Northwest St. Louis County, at various times, places, and paces. We socialize before, during, and after runs. Lately we've been posting runs or run/walks of 3-6 miles at an easy to moderate pace on streets and park trails. Come fall we'll have some longer runs, too. We are a group of trail runners that meet year round mostly around the St. Louis and St. Charles greater areas.   Runs are typically during the morning, though stay tuned for some of our evening and night runs as well.  Pace and distance will vary, though we'll usually run anywhere between 4 and 10 miles.  Anyone is invited to attend and there are no membership fees.  Runners are encouraged to RSVP for the runs they plan on attending.
