We have runners from 8-10:00 min/mile paces and walkers too! We meet at Road Runner Sports Tualatin Thursdays 6pm and take off for a couple miles from there. This is a group for people of all levels to learn, practice, and apply the movements & principals of T'ai Chi. At first, T'ai Chi is a Physical form with focus on perfecting movements, balance and breathing, but serious practice yields positive effects on the Emotional, Intellectual & Spiritual as well. Adjunct exercises and push hands are utilized to bring along the form and deepen your understanding of the principals of T'ai Chi.
